SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the shipment of products purchased on the Samantha Baby website. By placing an order on our store, you fully accept the terms described below.

Samantha Baby is a US-based company and ships its products within the US, to Canada, Europe and selected international destinations. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day. We reserve the right to delay, refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment authorization issues or incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. Deliveries to the United States generally take between 5 and 10 business days. For Canada, estimated times are 7 to 14 business days. For Europe, they vary between 7 and 15 business days, and for other international destinations, between 10 and 20 business days. These times may be extended due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs formalities, peak periods or logistical disruptions beyond our control. Samantha Baby cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Promotional offers including free shipping may be offered temporarily and remain subject to change without notice. For international orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Samantha Baby does not collect or prepay these fees unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for delays related to customs checks. In case of customer refusal to pay the fees required by local authorities, the package may be returned or destroyed and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent by email. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take 24 to 72 hours to be updated. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping information provided when ordering. Samantha Baby cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address indicated by the customer or for losses resulting from erroneous information. If a package is returned due to an inaccurate address, reshipment fees may be charged.

When a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Samantha Baby's responsibility ends. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. In case of receipt of a damaged product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Any claim may be submitted to the carrier where applicable.

Finally, Samantha Baby cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control, particularly in the event of natural disaster, government decision, health crisis, strike, interruption of transport services or any other force majeure event.
